What data I process

Only what you send me through the contact form (your email address, the type of need and the stage of your project) or by email. The site does not ask for more than is needed to reply to you.

What I use it for

To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. I do not use your data for marketing or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form or send an email (article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation) and, when the enquiry concerns a possible engagement, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6(1)(b)).

How long I keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry and no longer than twelve months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case it is kept for the duration of that relationship and any applicable legal periods.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which also provides cookieless visitor analytics. The form is handled by Formspree, Inc. (United States). These providers act as data processors and may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your data is not being processed lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

If you contact me from outside the European Union, your data receives the same protection described in this policy, and you can also exercise any rights granted by the law of your country by writing to the same address.

This site does not use first-party or third-party cookies for analytics or advertising. Analytics run without cookies and without identifying visitors. If you choose light or dark mode, that preference is stored in your browser's local storage only to remember it, and you can delete it from your browser settings.
